feat: monorepo structure with Django backend, React frontend, and Expo mobile app

  - Custom User model with email-based auth, JWT via SimpleJWT
  - Full CRUD viewsets with ModelSerializer + DRF routers

  - Dockerfile for production deployment

- Frontend: React 18 + TypeScript + Vite
